你說的「政府的資訊網站項目」是哪方面的呢？能否更清楚地描敘？

因為 GNU General Public License (GPL) 是對於程式碼的授權，可能要先搞清楚你說的「政府的資訊網站項目」是什麼東西，才能進一步討論有否限制的問題
