使用者需要付費嗎?或者有什麼義務要遵守的?

我不太了解是否需要跟SQLite購買license@@,請問我們的情形需要嗎?
另外請問一下,
zlib/libpng的license是否允許使用者不公佈source code?
Apache license為何不相容於GPL?是因為比GPL多了額外的條款嗎??
