由於最近考慮將nokia公司的maemo平臺應用到自己的產品當中。

有幾個問題想請教：

2.maemo平臺有些部份是以二進制code的方式發佈的，如果使用此二進制，是否要履行什麽義務？

3.maemo平臺本身是很多自由軟體的集合，修改并使用內核，中間件，上層應用是否須要單獨遵循相應的授權？

When downloading any software from this site you should acknowledge that you cannot always assume that the software you have downloaded can be freely used for the purposes of or in the manner that you or the project that you represent have intended.
原則上你需要確認、遵循每個元件的授權方式，以 Linux 核心來說，任何的異動仍然必須使用 GPL 授權發佈

Hi xiami007，

的確，如 Kiang 所回覆的，你必須要確認、遵循每一個元件的授權方式或者是授權條款內容。因為 maomo 平台是許多軟體所結合在一起的，每個軟體（包括自由軟體在內）的授權內容都不會一樣，因此無論是採用二進位與原始碼，都還是要遵守個別的授權。因此想要請問一下：貴公司準備如何將 maemo 應用到產品中？要開放原始碼嗎？其中有涉及到哪些 maemo 的重要軟體？若是您可以提供多一些資訊的話，將會幫助我對於您所提問題的分析。
