Dear all,

請問類似www.smonkey.tw/網站中，以推廣自由軟體、提供辦公室自由軟體化的代客安裝多種自由軟體並收取服務費的行為是否合法？
其中以AGPL授權方式的OpenERP為例，在未加入官方合作夥伴的狀況下，提供安裝與導入服務並收取費用的行為，有無侵權的疑慮？
